STapp: Supplement Tracker

STapp helps you organize the supplements, vitamins and minerals you take. It sorts them into a daily routine by time of day, flags ingredients that compete for absorption, such as iron and zinc, and points out pairings that tend to work well together.

It also includes a guidance library on how and when to take common supplements, a simple evidence rating for each one (strong, moderate or emerging), and food-first suggestions for nutrients you could get from what you eat instead. No ads.

STapp helps you stay organized. It isn't medical advice, so check changes with your doctor or pharmacist.
